A total of 61 cars booked in now. With the ineveitable no shows hopefully we will get around 50 on the day, which isnt bad for an Unlimited meeting nowadays. Good to see few drivers making their Taunton debut- 360 Jackstar, 528 Jethro, 782 Gladis, 311 Golden Boy & 522 Weevil

LAst Chance race - 360 Jackstar followed in 908 brown hard on 1st bend with 118 arry nailing 360 & 228 Capstar jacked 118 & 247 Sparkes nailed 228. 333 The ladies fav then t-boned 247. 1st 710 Bunge

World Final - 239 Nemsis was on one, Followed in 439 Sutton, gave 782 gladis big jack and gave 58 Martin Dalton a huge jacking on the back straight. 190 Pikey followed in 55 Oggy, 998 Babsy hit 55 Oggy twice. 1st was 617 Jack Overy

Allcomers 1 - 133 Werzal nailed 360 Jackstar & 190 Pikey went on oppo & Stopped 265 Disco Stu head on, 239 Nemsis hit 88 Woody. 1st again 617 Overy

Drivers are either seeded into the main race, or take their chance via the Last Chance support race(s).
Unfortunately, defending Champion - 617 Jack Overy, who has won the World Final at Smeatharpe on three occasions, will be unable to attend as his wedding falls on the same weekend.
The 7 July fixture at St Columb, saw 820 Martin Perkins (Maggot) win the Wild Card entry on to the grid.
Nine Autospeed drivers have earned their direct entry on to the grid via World Championship qualifying rounds at St Day and Smeatharpe.
Top of the World points chart was 239 Steve Carter (Nemesis).
He sits just a few points ahead of 190 Steve Bailey (Pikey).
Carter and Bailey were some way clear of their nearest challengers - the Posh Wash duo of 341 Andrew Jones (Jonesey) and 714 Paul Smaldon (No Show).
A fine effort by The Colour Purple pair - 747 Liam Martin (Bob) and 241 Liam Cracknell - saw them into the top six on the Autospeed World points chart.
Despite missing round three - the unlimited cc round at St Day on 14 June - 278 Shaun Brokenshire and 372 Jay Matthews (Messer) still managed to hold on to seventh and place respectively on the chart.
Capping a fine season, 47 Marcus A'Lee (Orv) took the final Autospeed seeded place on the World Final grid.
To compensate for the defending Champion being unavailable, the leader of Autospeed's Entertainers' League has been offered a place on the World grid - hence 266 Ian Meaker (Tiggy) will race the World Final for the first time.

In addition to Best Presented and Oldest/Rarest Awards, there will be a DT Videos Hit of the Day trophy.

LCQ - Jackstar spun and tboned hard first bend then jacked car big mess, 313 colour purple put boris in hard, bungle 127 dsu shot just behind door then bungle got done by oggy 55

Bungle's volvo is a mess,Jackstars coupe well caved in on passenger side.

Pikey wins with a good drive in his mk1 from half way down the field after nearly getting followed in by keefy! Randall second, Shane Davies third and Bona 4th. Tiggy's hearse splintered.

Yeah pikey won, keefy put him in with about 3 laps to go and done pikeys suspension on passenger side front and people behind pikey were catching him but pikey managed to win.

Allcomers 1 - Lips put in 517 weldon,7 charles done lips then boris done him, 2 laps later jonesey done him, big wreck.
