Mike gaskell says he witnessed 38 rolls in a meeting at Braintree on the 26th of august 1991. Thats the most i've ever heard of although there was 36 at henham once in the 80's then 32 at braintree just a week after.
As for tarmac tracks there was believed to be 15-20 rolls at hednesford PRE 2000.

Most rolls off a ramp: 5 and 3/4 by 383 Gremlin off the Ringwood ramp in an Astra in 1999.
Most rolls in a roll comp without a ramp: 4 by both 554 Chalkie Douglas and 68 Wayne Holton in A60s at Arena. Holton would've gone further were it not for the fact that he ended up perched on top of the armco before falling back trackside
Most rolls by 1 driver in 1 incident: 808 Gary Swan at Layhams a few years back - 4 in a Mk2 Estate in recent times but I'll bet that was beaten back in the '70s at Lydden & Brands Hatch. Reports in Grid of 5 and a half rolls can't be substantiated as reporters had a tendency to exagerrate back in the 1970s."
