Civil war next,i'm in the northern side.

North team will be in white cars....South team will be in red cars.
Tracks ...Warton_RacewayX for heats and finals and WembleyRX for dd.
Format 3 heats and final and team elimination dd for both classes.
Points will be 5,4,3,2,1 for heats, 10, 8,6,4,2 for final and 10 points for winning team in elimination dd.

Each driver will race in both the under 2 litre and the over 2 litre classes. Unders cars to use normal race numbers. Overs cars to use numbers issued by BWS ADMIN in this thread. IMPORTANT...MAXIMUM OF 2 cars for any model type per team..please identify what cars you will be using when confirming or booking in on this thread. First come first served. On friday evening novice car types will be chosen from whats left in case of late bookings etc. and they wont be available for drivers to choose from.

Overs DD = Joint 1st,it was 5 v 2 and i took out 3 of them to be 2 v 2 only for shane to get taken out,me v snakey and laker,i managed to put the laker yank out but me and snakey drew as it had gone on too long (about 20 mins i reckon)

Unders DD = out early,was a target due to earlier success,stig was last left for us but he disconnected leaving 3 running for them and 0 for us

A Fun session at Upper_EdenX with only 3 old small teeny weeny cutey cars allowed. fig 8 at Wimbledon8X.

Cars allowed are Nash, Prefect and A40.

To make it more interesting we want all cars to be PAINTED IN A THEME OF YOUR CHOICE.. be it book , film ,tv, football team, magazine (non porno) etc. examples could be exo's car painted up with daleks a tardis and cyberman in a Dr who theme. Hitman's heap may be painted up in a BILL AND BEN THE FLOWER POT MEN SCHEME.
REG'S OLD CROCK COULD BE MUFFIN THE MULE..etc

Aldershot Suck It meet 1-2-09


Were back in the ICE CREAM VANS for another session. This time for the SUCK IT (LOLLIPOP TROPHY) at AldershotRX.
fig 8 will be at Swaffham8X.

The skinpack will be based on the one from the ICEMAN championship on 11-1-09. Anyone wishing to add a skin or change one get them submitted by 5pm sunday.

Was leading heat 4 and the final when i went hitting etc lool not like me at all,even had a quater of a lap lead in the final! oh well at least i stook to me word and went for the hits rather than rodding.


Jaguars and Daimlers results 8-2-09


A decent turn out saw some very aggresive racing and wrecking. on paper the jags were the faster cars but when it came down to blasting cars and bullying the majestics had the upper hand. Wether it was down to the top drivers being majestic mounted or wether they were the better choice for this meeting is open to debate which will lead onto out next meeting ARENA OLD SKOOL HANDICAP MEETING.

Bad boy 260 Frenchy (racing under strict licence conditions to be of good behaviour) bagged the final and one heat but often finished strongly topped the points at 31. Laker took 3 heat wins and the figure 8 in a hard session.

Only jag race win was Bandit in his mk2 taking a heat and J-boy our dd champ took the dd in his mk2 jaguar.

Final was very heavy with Frenchy surviving many attacks to win with reg 126 taking a 3 wheeled majestic hearse to second managing to overhaul Lakers majestic in the closing laps due to both lakers front wheels being broken.

Most satisfying moment for myself was following chewys jag square onto a post...

ArenaOldSkoolRX Handicap meeting 15-2-09


Real life bangers often used graded starts...well we could do that to handicap the star drivers but it wastes a lot of time during meetings so we will use another Handicap method.

Most drivers can use any car in the mod (apart from the ice cream van. It can be anything from an A40 to huge yank. The big boys of bws will be limited on car choice to even things out. The drivers rated as the top 5 ...ie SUPERSTARS will be limited to A60 range types. The STARS will be limited to A60 range types and cortinas ..(mk5 and mk1). Should any highly rated drivers not listed book in..they will be listed accordingly.

Please dont take any offence if you feel you belong in a group and are not listed etc. Do not think that due to top drivers being restricted that any race win will be devalued. Any car in the bomber mod can win...they just need driving the right way. It will be tougher for the big boys so if you have a free choice of car take advantage of it while you can and get some payback!! If you feel you want to be on level playing field pick an A60...THE CHOICE IS YOURS.

did pretty well in DD but still about 4 running as i left

Another final win on BWS,i'll go count em up but i do make it quite a high percentage won of the ones i've raced. Think the handicapped drivers won all races and were going well in the DD when i left.

EDIT - so far on BWS i won 6 out of 9 meeting finals i been in and that includes the 2 civil war finals.

Handicap meeting results 15-2-09


Like a man's wedding tackle...IT AINT WOT YOU GOT...ITS HOW YOU USE IT!!!
Another hard driving and crashing session from BWS. The handicapped drivers tended to target the unranked drivers cars though there was no truce between the A60 drivers as take outs still happened .
Toward drove very well to top score with 2 heat wins and the final. Laker took 3 wins and was well placed in the final but fell victim to a last lap " getting stuck" so failed to place in it.
Of the drivers not RANKED it was steve 211 who drove very well to finish second place in the meeting points after some good drives. Considering he was being targeted far more than if he had been in an A60 ...shows what a good performance it was.
Figure 8 was won be exo 72 and dd went to 126 to round things off.
